Mony Vineyard is a family owned and operated boutique winery, located in the Samson appellation, in the hills near Bet-Shemesh. The winery is named after one of the brothers Dr. Mony Artool. Each year the unique vineyards produce grapes of a high quality, which then age in American and French oak barrels in the natural underground caves of the winery. The sun-drenched vineyards in the Soreq valley, produce prestigious wines for the Mony Vineyards Winery.
The Barkan Winery has a wide range of varietal wines and blends, which all have one thing in common – they all have a story to tell. Whether it’s the Assemblage series that tells the story about the different wine-producing areas of Israel, or the Altitude Series that tells the story about how a single grape seed can produce completely different wines, when it is grown at different altitudes. The Barkan Winery team is very proud to tell each of these stories through our wines.
Nadiv Winery was founded by a passionate French family who love Israel and its unique terroir. Nadiv means 'generous' in Hebrew and refers also to HaNadiv, the name which was attributed to Baron Edmon de Rothschild in the 19th century. The winery is located in the southern Judean Hills where it produces Israeli wines combining locally grown grapes and terroir with European methods and expertise. Starting with the 2016 vintage, veteran winemaker Pierre Miodownick oversees all the wine-making aspects of Nadiv wines

Glenmorangie distillery lies just north of Tain, on the wind-swept coastline of Easter Ross. The distillery has only sixteen distillery workers - two for each of its eight stills. These stills are the tallest found in the Highlands, of the same design as those used in the 1880's which were actually second-hand gin stills. Their height means that only the purest vapours reach their necks and condense. They also use a hard water source, which is unusual.
